I work shifts, so I often have to eat my evening meal at work. This means I have to eat microwave meals from time to time, and one of the ones that I've found edible is Tesco's Light choices Macaroni Cheese. The packet describes it as 'Egg Macaroni Pasta in a creamy cheese sauce made from skimmed milk and reduced fat soft cream cheese and garnished with reduced fat cheddar cheese' If you hadn't worked it out from the 'Light Choices' this informs you that this is a 'low fat' version of Macaroni Cheese.
