Although I am currently on a healthy eating plan with the aim of loosing weight I still want to enjoy some nice treats every now and again. This is where the Tesco Light Choices range comes in. I have had these in the past and will again in the future, although I do not buy them that often as they are very moreish and I am the only one who really likes them! I often but things from the Light Choices range in Tesco, I tend to find that they are not at all lighter than the normal varieties, especially their ready meals which are full of salt. However I do buy the products because I really like their taste. Whilst always trying to watch what I eat and eat as sensibly as possible, I do like to treat myself to a tasty sweet snack or two throughout the course of the day.
