Tesco Light Choices Mandarin Cheesecake

Description: All the tasty goodness of a cheesecake with a lower fat content.

Newest Review: ... no nuts, but cannot guarantee nut free. Vegetarian friendly as well!. As with all frozen foods this cannot be refrozen once ... more

... it has been defrosted and is best consumed within 24 hours. When I got my cheesecakes again it was when Tesco's were having a freezer sale, so I only paid 59p for these so I'm not to sure what they retail for now maybe around the £1-£1.50 mark. These are really nice so I will give these 5 stars as what appeals to me is the individual part as this is so handy if only one person wants some!....more

Premium Review Tesco Light Choices Mandarin Cheesecake: ONE CHEESECAKE OR TWO!!! The light choice is yours!! (566 words)

Its, cold, raining and miserable, so why would I want to review a freezing cold mandarin cheesecake, well because it is delicous!!!. These are from the Tesco Light Choices range and whats even better is that they are individual, so no more arguing with people saying " Why have they got a bigger bit than me!". What a great idea, no more excuses for finishing the last bit off and you know exactly how much you are eating, being from the Light Choices range I must be honest and say I didn't hold out much hope for these as I thought they would be a bit tastleless, as mandarins can sometimes be a bit on the bland side if they are cheap ...  Read the complete review

I don't do diets. I don't think they are a good idea, and I would never be able to stick to one, although I know some people can and do manage to diet. Healthy eating is the way to go to lose some pounds and so that is what we have been doing recently to shed a few pounds after our last cruise. We have been having fresh fruit instead of a creamy dessert, but I was feeling the need of a treat and popped some light choice desserts into the trolley last time I was shopping, out of the frozen foods cabinet. The mandarin cheesecakes I bought were two individual ones, but still Light choices by Tesco, so I have added under this heading, it is also available as a ...  Read the complete review

I'm a big fan of cheesecake, but knowing how 'unhealthy' they are for you I spotted a gem in the Tesco freezer section...a low fat one! Well, they do just about low-fat everything these days so I gave it a go because it was a bargain, and I wasn't disappointed! ... The Product... For 99p you get a 550g Tesco Light Choices Mandarin Cheesecake, which, compared with the other options, is a steal. Depending on how big a serving you want, this can easily allow 6 people a slice of yumminess. Each 1/6 contains only 170 calories and 3.5g of fat. Similar to other varieties, this has a biscuit base layered with vanilla and then topped off with a ...  Read the complete review

Last time I went into the massive Tesco by me they were selling two packs of individual mandarin cheesecakes from the Light Choices range for 59p instead of £1.69, I don't know why they were selling them off that cheap and I enjoyed the cheesecake that much that I'm hoping they're not discontinuing them because they're yummy! I had one after my tea last night, after waiting hours for them to defrost because they do take forever to thaw out enough so that the middle of the cheesecake isn't still hard. Once it was ready to eat I tucked in and it was delish and as good as a full fat frozen cheesecake I had the other day. The biscuit base tastes of ...  Read the complete review
