Tesco Light Choices Spaghetti Bolognese

I buy ready meals to take to work as they are easy, quick and convinient. As I am on a diet I normally buy the Weight Watchers things but they were becoming expensive so I decidede to try some of the Tesco Light Choice things. I had this on friday for my lunch and was impressed by it as I did not care much for the Weight Watchers one. The pack contains: 447 calories, 7.2g sugar, 8.8g fat. Tesco Light choices Spaghetti Bolognese is on offer at the moment, so I thought I would try it, for a meal to take to work. The packet tells me it is Fresh egg spaghetti in a Beef and tomato Bolognese sauce. It also mentions that it contains 30% less fat than standard Italian Tesco spaghetti Bolognese, that it has low sugars, and is a good source of protein.
