As with most 'soup in a mug' products, all you have to do is add hot water, so as well as a good taste, the product is extremely easy to make (especially if you haven't got time to make a big meal); although I wouldn't recommend this as a meal replacement as it definately wouldn't be filling enough. Be aware - This product is marketed as a spicy lentil soup, and they aren't lying; it is very spicy! I definately wouldn't recommend this to anyone who can't handle their spices! However, if you can, I would recommed this product to you. Although it is a tesco 'light choices' brand, the soup has a really good taste to it (one you don't normally get with the healthier products). I recently bought a selection of cup-a-soup's to take to work with me to drink instead of buying chocolate or crisps from the vending machine. One of those I went for was the Tesco Light Choices Spicy Lentil flavour. I always tend to think 'low fat, low taste' and so thought because this one was described as being spicy that it may have more flavour than some of the other varieties available. The soups come in sachets, and you get four sachets in a box. The packaging of the box is nice, showing a picture of a mug of soup and giving the nutritional information on the front, set out in a clear and easy to read way.
