This is a review of the Syrup Sponge Pudding from this brand. I've gone back onto Weight Watchers after realising I am rapidly putting all my weight back on! So far I've been very good (I only started this morning lol). So when in Tesco this afternoon I thought I'd have a look for something to have after my tea. I know the Light Choices range always has the Weight Watcher points written on the packaging so this swayed me into hunting down something in this range as it meant it would be quick and easy to assess whether or not I could have it on my diet. What could be more tempting to a dieter than a LIGHT version of a British classic pudding? One that claims to have just 245 calories, 2.7g of fat but 25.3g of sugar? Ok, so that last nutritional nugget is not so good, but under 3g of fat in a PUDDING?? So I bought them. They come in a handy pack of two, so you can share with someone special or save one for tomorrow. Just 40-50 seconds in the microwave, and the pudding is cooked.
