I love wraps, I hate carbs though as they make me feel so guilty but I do allow wraps. They are the perfect addition to any salad or just piled with lots of random fillings for that midnight snack. My boyfriend loves them done in the oven for 8 minutes with spicy chicken sliced with lots of salad and dressing. These light choices option of wraps only contain 180 calories per wrap and 1.9g of fat which is very acceptable indeed and are a part of tescos own light choices diet foods which is just a low fat low calorie diet plan. I do enjoy a nice tortilla wrap, my favourite filling at the moment being steak in a rich bolognese sauce with lots and lots of crunchy veggies. They are naturally low in fat so I can indulge every lunchtime if I feel like it without ruining my diet, I usually buy the Discovery soft flour tortillas but last week Tesco were out of stock so I decided to try their Tesco Light Choices Wraps which cost £1. I like the fact that the Light Choices range has details of the Weight Watchers points included on the back of their products, this particular item contains 3 points per wrap - which is slightly higher actually than the Discovery ones that I usually eat but ...
