Tesco Light Choices Tuna and Pasta Bake

The packaging is clearly bog standard and simple, but the taste is far from average for the price and when you consider the fact that it is a low fat option. I wanted a low fat meal that did not take hours of effort to make or cost a bomb and this seemed like the perfect option. Even though it is a "light choices" option the taste is a good 8 or 9 out of 10 which means even if you're on a diet you do not have to sacrifice taste for calories. In future I will definitely be buying more of these because I am a huge tuna lover and I also love pasta too, so the two combined especially with the low fat option is like a dream come true for me! In the search for edible low fat microwave meals, this week I tried Tesco's Light Choices Tuna and Pasta bake (the pack is different from the picture shown above, as the one I'm reviewing is the Light choices, and the picture is not.) According to the packet this is Pasta shells, flaked tuna and red pepper layers with tomato and bechamel sauce topped with cheddar cheese.
