Whilst I was in my local Tesco supermarket recently, I opted to try some of their own branded yogurts, which are available in individual pots and have bright blue packaging which definitely caught my eye! I regularly buy 'Muller light' or 'Muller corner' yogurts and as far as I could tell, these were basically half the price of one of the Muller branded yogurts. I was keen to see if they were any sort of bargain or if they were a waste of money... I bought two strawberry flavoured low fat yogurts, and two other assorted flavours, and I think from memory they cost me around 30 pence each. Although I am willing to try any yoghurt thrown at me (please don't literally throw them, it will make a hell of a mess!), I do have certain options I prefer to go for when eating the 'same old'. Indeed each of my favourites are low fat, as I find the yoghurts that are higher in fat rocket in content, and its not the easiest to let lie in the pit of your stomach knowing you've just consumed a lifetimes worth of fat in a short space of time! I keep eating that sort of yoghurt to a minimum, and thankfully one of the latest options I tried was indeed a low fat option!
