 ... day, they're that delicious and so healthy that no guilt is laid upon you. For a box of 750g, which will last quite a while with just one bowl a day, it will cost you just £1.10. Now I must admit that price is amazing. You can pay around £2 for a box of Shreddies of a smaller size, so this is definitely worth getting if it means saving quite a bit of money! We're always being told that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and I like to stick to this, so I do try and have a healthy breakfast when possible. I do like cereals, and have tried quite a variety over the years. Where as a child I prefered chocolate cereals - Nesquick, Weetos, Coco Pops - I now prefer a much more basic variety, such as Bran Flakes or Weetabix. I have always loved Malt Wheats though, and jumped at the chance of trying Tescos own brand. The cereal comes in a cardboard box, and on the front there is a picture of the malt wheats. For every great cereal comes a cheap alternative. Not always a bad thing mind you considering it can save a load of money in the long run. I've always enjoyed shreddies especially the sugar coated ones. But I've always enjoyed my shreddies soggy which I've been told by people is how they hate them. The problem is that these days they don't go soggy but still have a kind of crunch to them, thus I end up preferring them dry. I did miss the days of the high fat and sugar cereal days. I mean, I used to eat cereal that was filled with marshmallows... MARSHMALLOWS!! They were so incredibly sweet but just seemed to vanish from stores.
