The other day I tried for the first time the Tesco Mascarpone and rocket Chicken breast. As the name suggests, this is only available at Tesco. It comes with 2 skinless breasts which should serve 2 people. I think that it depends on how much you normally eat, although the total weight is 340 gramms, I had no difficulties in having the whole lot for myself, I left only part of it, which I warmed up the day after. I cooked them in the oven with some potatoes. Unfortunately the filling fell out of the chicken, and most of it evaporated! I have not converted to pre cooked and pre prepared food very easily. I believe that it was a case of necessity. More and more commitments and less free tiem, in the end it was a forced choice to try pre-cooked food. Well, this was few years ago, today I became even experimental in this domain.
