Tesco Mushroom, Bacon and Red Pepper Quiche I love quiche and often make my own because they can be quite expensive shop bought, but seeing this priced at 99p on a half price offer I popped one in the trolley, with a picnic in mind. Well today I had that picnic and my verdict is: Delicious!! At 239 calories for a quarter of quiche, served with a large salad this could make a decent light meal. It would be difficult to stop at a quarter which is why I only packed enough for the two of use in the picnic box and have save the rest for another day., when I will probably eat it warmed with a jacket spud and baked beans, another favourite of mine. ...
