      Delish Crunchy Croutons!

I've gone a bit mad on croutons at the minute and am trying the new ones that Tesco have started selling. They're 99p for a 100g bag and there are a few different flavours, this one is Olive Oil With Sea Salt flavour.

The croutons are quite big and they look and smell delish as soon as you open the bag. They have got a lovely golden brown colour and have got that weird feel on your fingers that croutons always have where they feel a bit greasy and dry at the same time.

When you have a crouton on its own they have got a wicked crunch but aren't mega hard like some are where you feel like you're going to bust one of your teeth! lol

You can taste the olive oil in them and they've also got a nice salty taste that isn't majorly strong but deffo gives the croutons a delish flavour. The olive oil isn't that strong either but there's just enough of it to let you taste it but it doesn't make them taste oily or anything.

I had some in tomato soup yesterday and they was delish. You don't need all that many because of them being so big so if that's all you're buying them for then this bag of croutons should last you for a bit. When they're in soup I love how the edges go nice and soft but the middle of the croutons is still nice and crunchy, that's because of them being so big I think but they've got a perfect texture.

You can have these on a salad as well and the salty olive oil taste makes your salad taste proper interesting, the crunch of them is wicked as well because when you're eating lettuce and tomato you need something that's got a bit of life about it! lol

Recommended... delish croutons that are yummy in soup and make salads a bit more interesting!!!
