Today I went shopping in town. I was so tired that I when I got close to home I decided o pick something up a ready made so I could eat it as soon as I sat down. I bought this layered Prawn pasta salad for £1.25 in the 180g see through carton though it is available in other sizes too! This one though is ideal for one person and comes with a little black plastic fork within it. The Packaging: Well like I have just stated the salad comes in a see-through plastic container with a flip-top lid to the top of it. Tesco Prawn Pasta Salad For a recent impromptu indoor picnic I grabbed one of these pre-prepared pasta salads from Tesco, drooling at the thought of succulent prawns and pasta. I was left rather disappointed, we all were! A 400g pack cost me £1.29 and contains 390 calories per half a pack. As there were four adults sharing this I probably had a little less than 200 calories worth and this was not a lot at all. If this had been my lunch I would have eaten the entire pot, with a massive calorie content. The fat levels are also very high at 44.4g for the entire pot. Pretty gross, thinking about that now!!
