Tesco Raspberry Rapture Cheesecake

The slices are just over an inch tall and nearly 4 inches long. There are lots of fresh raspberries covering the top of the cheesecake, then they creamy ‘cheese’ section followed by the crunchy biscuit base.
The cheesecake also has a good texture, with the cheesecake section being nice and thick but still being soft and creamy at the same time. Some cheesecakes I have tried don’t seem to have a very firm texture but this has a perfect cheesecake texture.

I try to eat healthily to a certain extent but every now and then I like to treat myself. One of my favourite treats is Tesco’s Raspberry Rapture Cheesecake. Packaging The product comes with two slices of cheesecake included, each cheesecake being 109.5 grams. The slices come in a see through container which pops open at the corner and lifts off so you are able to get the cheesecake out. On the top of the packaging there is a label stating what is inside, a small description of the cheesecake and also a picture of some raspberries.
