Advantages: Good size, juicy.

Disadvantages: No flavour to the first 2 sections.

I brought these Ice Lollies when we had the week or so of warm weather recently, as I felt in the Ice Lollie moood.

~ MY OPINION ~
-------------------------

I'm not sure about these lollies, yes they are refreshing, great for warm weather and children but, they just don't have a great flavour to them.
As you can tell they are in the shape of a rocket and have 3 different flavours: Strawberry at the top, Orange in the middle and Pineapple at the bottom.
The top layer (strawberry) is red in colour and looks nice and juicy. When I licked it I was left dissapointed as it lacked in flavour. I couldn't taste a strawberry flavour at all, and to be honest I couldn't taste any sort of flavour just a sweet taste. Possibly because it only contains 0.4% of strawberry juice.
The middle layer (orange) again I didn't know what flavour it was. The only way I knew it was orange was because the box stated it and it was orange in colour. There is a flavour to this one, but only if you suck it and then it tastes like the wooden stick.
As you get further down, the flavour improves. You get a very faint orange flavour and also the pineapple.
The bottom layer (pineapple) this is the best layer with the most flavour and juiciness. You can really taste the pineapple, it's lovely and refreshing in the hot weather. The pineapple is just right, not to strong or weak.
Overall the Lollie is nice, but the best part is the bottom. Through out it is juicy but it just lacks alot in flavour.

I opened a lollie and had to do something so I popped it into a cup & covered it up. I went back to it after forgetting I had one and it had melted. Instead of wasting it, I thought I would just drink it, as a slushy drink it tasted great and I found the flavour really improved when mixed together!

~ GDA? ~
---------------

Of your guideline daily amount one Lollie (62g) contains:
44 Calories
10.4g Sugar
Trace of Fat
0g Saturates
Trace of Salt

Suitable for vegetarians.
No artificial preservatives, flavours or colours.
A source of Vitamin C (added)

~ OTHER INFO ~
-----------------------

In the box contains 10 good sized rocket lollies. The whole box is 580ml each Lollie is 58ml.
The best before date is great and lasts just over a year, we brought our box around 3 weeks ago now and the best before date is August 2010.
The box is now different to the picture and instead of it being blue, it's now light yellow. The information is the same and it still has a picture of the lollies on the front.

~ WHERE TO GET THEM & PRICE ~
--------------------------------------------

The only place you can get these is Tesco. And the price is brilliant at just £1! Working out at 10p per lollie, can't get better than that!
The value is great just a shame it doesn't have alot of flavour.

I probably will buy these again. Just to store in the summer incase I feel like a lollie.

Summary: Value for money
