We all need those meals in the freezer where we can just get them out and pop them in the oven when we are in a rush, however I am not a fan of the 'Ready Meals' and often struggle to find something that I can cook when I am in a rush but I am pleased to have found the Tesco Salmon Fishcakes. I seem to have developed a bit of an obsession with salmon recently; I can't seem to get enough of it. I was recently browsing through the fish section at my local Tesco's and I came across their Salmon Fishcakes. The Fishcake Tesco's Salmon Fishcakes are made from flaked salmon fillets and potatoes and have been seasoned and coated in crispy breadcrumbs according to the product description. Each fishcake is about 4 inches (at the widest point) and nearly an inch deep so they are a fair size and were certainly larger than I expected.
