I think it keeps the yoghurt fresh and to help it stay in shape. I really like set yoghurts and recently it has become quite hard to find yoghurts that are set as most are creamy or very runny. Me and my family usually buy a pack of these a week but it is mostly me that eats them as the rest of my family don't like yoghurt as much as i do. I usually take a yoghurt to work for my lunch. Last week I mostly took Tesco French set yoghurts .These yoghurts come in a pack of 6 125g plastic pots costing 98p. These are quite good value . Flavours in the pack of 6 included peach, cherry, raspberry. Strawberry, lemon, apricot and vanilla. These yoghurts come in 125g plastic pots covered in an orange paper label. The usual written info on the wrapper plus a picture of the fruit. These yoghurts are all joined together you have to snap the plastic rims of the pots to seperate them . The use by date is stamped on the lid I check that the pack I buy has a date later than Fridays . I took ...
