Unfortunately I am back on my diet, and a cereal bar first thing in the morning is what I'm having for breakfast. I'm always on the look out for new cereal bars, or ones that are on offer, and came across these in Tesco. A box of 6 bars costs £1.25 which is cheaper than the brand named version of these, which I would say is special K bars. Each bar is individually wrapped in a brown plastic wrapper. It's good to have a light, healthier version, cereal bar that can be eaten as a quick breakfast, lunch or snack. I used to buy Special K bars but at £1.80 for a box of 6 they seemed very expencive for something that wasn't even that tasty. I came across Special Flake, a Tesco product, that was cheaper, low in fat/cals, and also tastes good! Tesco Special Flake can be found in the healthier snack bars/cereal bars section of the supermarket. A box of 6, 126g, costs £1.25 which is at least 50p less than similar branded products.
