I received this as a substition on a Tesco delviery. As I normally happy with their own brand products I was happy to accept it and give it ago. I used it on the first day and was initially happy with the product . However since then my thoughts have changed. The packaging says it is spreadable and to keep refrigirated . On first use it spread quite easily on my bread, now I think this must have been down to the fact that it had not been refrigirated in transit from Tesco and was therefore softer. Since then I have kept it in the fridge as suggested on the package and found it extremely difficult to spread. It is often a case of one lump or two! Even when ... Read the complete review

This is Tesco own brand version of in my opinion L8rpak. Its a blended b8tteroil 80% and vagetable oil, so making it easier to spread than b8tter alone. I always boght l8rpak spreadable prior to this, so was a little rel8ctant, bt it was £1.00 at the time for 500g, and less than half the price of my reg b8y. It is a light color, and spreads very easily. The flavor is also wonderf8l. No notable diference to the leading brand as far as I can tell. Perfect one may think. The packaging stated that it is s8itble for Spreading, baking, shallow frying and sa8ces. In my opinion , it's not. Totally not good for baking and sa8ces. I had to add it to a cake as I had r8n ... Ingredients: Butter (70%), Rapeseed oil; Water; Salt (0.9%). Suitable for: Spreading; Baking; Shallow Frying; Sauces. 10g contains: 75 Calories; 0g Sugar; 8g Fat; 4g Saturates; trace Salt. Initially, Tesco had 2 versions of it's spreadable butter, one being a yellow packaged product (resembling Anchor or Countrylife) and this silver/blue version. Clearly this one was the more popular with shoppers, as the alternative is no longer available. Unlike some 'spreadable' products, there are no unknowns or e numbers in the ...
