Despite it being quite a small stir-fry you would need a big pan or wok to cook it in, as the noodles come in big frozen blocks that need to be warmed up slowly before they break up, being turned over at regular intervals. The sauce was also quite greasy, and overall the meal had quite a fatty and unhealthy-feeling texture to it, although at 300 calories per serving its not a particularly fattening meal. Tesco Stir Fry Noodles contain a mixture of egg noodles, chicken, water chestnuts, mangetout and red peppers in a chinese sauce, and is sold as a meal for two. At around six to eight minutes preparation time its great for a quick snack, and although it tastes very rich and pleasant (whilst also quite mild) it doesn't really stretch to two people, but at the same time is a little too much as a one-person meal. This a delicious stock up lunch or dinner and serves best for the rainy days when you can't think of cooking anything and you just need a quick bite. I just saw this Chinese noodle stir fry on the aisles of Tesco and even though it was their own product, I didn't mind buying it or didn't doubt the quality. It comes in an attractive black and red coloured packaging. The contents include delicious egg noodles with vegetables like waterchest nuts red bell peppers and bean sprouts. I recently bought a packet of this Chinese Noodle Stir Fry from Tesco. It is described as 'Water Chestnuts, Mangetout, red peppers and beansprouts with egg noodles in a delicious Chinese style sauce' and a 500 gram packet cost me £1.49. Even though this is a Tesco own brand the packaging looks quite cool. The noodles come in a vibrant red and black bag which looks slightly Oriental, and it has a scrummy looking photograph of noodles and vegetables on the front which got my mouth watering straight away! The noodles and vegetables are cooked from frozen which makes them really convenient as it means you don't have to plan ahead and defrost beforehand. ...  Read the complete review

So quick and easy to make. Naughty as regards calories!!

Tastes great, cheap, quick and easy to make I'd prefer a stronger cheese centre

A yummy texture; Nice and light The garlic flavour needs to be stronger; A bit dry

Tasty None

quick, easy, tasty, low cal some powder stayed at the bottom and didn't dissolve

The same as normal tomatoes. Packaging is unattractive.
