It is a good thick layer of unmistakenly digestive bisguits, ground to just the right consistency. Pleasantly gritty! In my never ending quest to find food, either sweet or savoury, that my toddler will actually consider eating, I came across these individual Tesco Swirly Chocolate Cheesecakes in the refrigerated section of my local supermarket. Given that his 3 favourite foods are chocolate, biscuits and cream cheese, which are the main ingredients in this dessert, what could possibly go wrong? These cheesecakes are sold in individual, see through plastic pots, which allow us to see the attractive layering of the dessert. They are priced at £1 each.
