Tesco Tomato & Herb Roll

A regular item on my weekly shopping list are a few of Tesco's own Tomato & Herb Rolls. These can be found in the Tesco Bakery section of the store, and are normally freshly baked the same day. The Tesco Tomato & Herb Rolls are made mainly from wheat flour, water, sundried tomatoes (6%), yeast, salt, tomato powder, oregano and emulsifiers. The rolls contain little pieces of sundried tomatoes and a mixture of herbs throughout, both of which are very visible, inside and out. One of the main things that I love to eat is one of things that I try to cut out when I am dieting and that is bread, purely because of the amount of carbohydrates that it contains. Don't get me wrong, you can have a certain amount of carbs in a day and shouldn't cut them out completely, but the amount of bread that I can eat in a day is way over the top.
