I live off of tomato ketchup. There is honestly no other way of saying it; I have it with every meal and, without it, I would very likely starve to death. Even now, as I type, I am eating tomato ketchup. I'm eating it on its own, in a bowl. I'm not even joking. When I have pizza, I dip it in a pool of tomato sauce. When I eat rice, I let the rain of this red sauce fall upon each grain before I dare pick up a knife and fork. I've eaten it with crisps and, a while back, I had it with Sunday dinner for a few weeks in a row in place of gravy (everything else the same - yorkshire puddings and all).
