Disadvantages: The chocolate isn't very creamy

These Turkish Delight Thins from Tesco are wicked and I don't even like turkish delight very much. They look like After Eights and come in the same sort of box but because these are sweet turkish delight instead of mint the chocolates taste completely different from each other.

The chocolate that covers the turkish delight centre is milk chocolate and it is nice and sweet but it's not very creamy or rich.

The turkish delight is sweet and sugary. It's soft and chewy but is loads thinner than a Turkish Delight chocolate bar so it doesn't have the proper nice jelly texture that they have. The turkish delight is nice and it melts in my mouth but I wish it was a bit thicker even though that would change the whole chocolate.

I like how the chocolate and centre go well together and the chocolate melts into the turkish delight when I am chewing it. I am lucky because i'm the only one in our house that likes these so when I get a box I can eat them all to myself.

I think they are proper sickly after a bit because they are so sweet. The centres taste of sugar and is a bit fruity but the chocolate is the main thing I can taste and that is the strongest flavour.

Sometimes I carry on eating them even when I feel sick and they lie real heavy on my stomach if I'm too greedy with them but I can usually eat the whole box in a day and that is just by picking them out of the box every time I go into the kitchen!

Summary: Not As Good As Other Turkish Delights But They Are A Nice Change
