Advantages: cheap and quick to make

Disadvantages: not very good value

Tesco Value Baked Beans. At only 20p they are cheap and cheerful, or maybe not so cheerful but they're deffinately cheap and great for when you're strapped for cash as so many of us are lately. They're pretty basic, containing just 9 ingredients. With the Haricot Beans being 40% of the contents and the Tomato Purée being a further 14% it makes you wonder what its all made of, the answer is water, over 40% of it is water, b ut then again from tesco value its what you can expect. They only take 3 minutes to cook in a microwave and just 4 in a saucepan so they're also really quick to make. Although you can of course just eat them cold straight out of the tin which i should point out is a pretty delicious way to eat them. Overall they're what you can expect from tescos value, they're value for when you're funds are running low.

Summary: good for when you're having to leave on as little as possible

I like these beans as well and they are much cheaper than Heinz or HP.
