Great value beans (Tesco Value Baked Beans)

Advantages: Nice and saucy, and taste great

Disadvantages: Too saucy for some?

I have to say I do love a nice plate of beans on toast for brekkie at the weekend. My fella swears by the leading brand in the green tin, whereas I honestly can't tell the difference.

Packaging:
It's OK I guess for a Value product. Not the most exciting but it stands out on the shelf.

Price:
Around 30p (it tends to vary by a couple of pence either way every time I go to Tesco). Either way, they are about half the price of some others.

Product:
These beans tast nice, exactly the same as any others if you ask me. However, you do get less beans more sauce than the leading brand which for some people would be a point loser. For me, it's a plus though because I like to stir in plenty of cheese when I'm cooking the beans so if there's not enough sauce they go a little dry and clumpy.

All in all they are great value for the price, and very tasty.

Summary: Well worth a try at 30p
