Advantages: Tastes nice and is cheap

Disadvantages: The base goes a bit hard and you need to add more cheese and toppings

I have just started cooking for my family cos I thought it was about time I learned how to make a meal. My little sister asked me to make a pizza the other day so i went to buy some bases that had already been made cos I dont know how to make dough.

In tesco I remembered reading on here that you can use there Value pizza as a base cos the topping is so thin that you need to add to it.

I brought one to try it and got some mushrooms sweetcorn and peppers.

Mine didn't come in a box and was just wrapped in clingfilm on a plastic disk.

I saw straight away what they meant by not much toppings cos you can see the base through the tomato sauce and there isn't much cheese on it.

I grated some more cheese and put the sliced up veg on the pizza and put it in the oven for about 15 minutes and it worked.

The pizza base went nice and crispy and the cheese melted round the veg good. The tomato sauce I didn't add to and it was nice with a nice tomato flavour and after cooking there seemed more of it then when it was cold and uncooked.

The base went a bit hard but the pizza was only about 70p so i didn't mind that cos it saved me having to learn how to make dough.

Summary: Cheaper Than Buying Pizza Bases And You Can Dress It Up How You Want
