Tesco Value Mozzarella

Mozzarella is such a wierd cheese. The texture is odd. It feels gruesomely rubbery and is just downright odd to the touch, but is is great on a pizza, and I needed some to make one. Finding myself with no option other than to shop at Tesco, I was in a position where I had to go for the cheaper option, being on a budget and all that. I have a breadmaker which I use pretty much daily. (I know an odd way to begin a review on mozzarella, but bear with me). One of the things I like to make in it is pizza dough, and obviously when making pizza at home, you need mozzarella (you see where I'm going now I hope ;) ). I do a lot of cooking and it's just unfortunate that I am on quite a tight budget at the moment so need to try and save pennies wherever possible whilst still enjoying what I cook and subsequently eat.
