I started eating alot of this tuna to pack on muscle whilst i went to the gym, the tuna contains about 25g of protein per tin and is very low in fat and carbonhydates which is great if your looking to build lean muscle, as well as its protein content it is a very healthy food for anyone to enjoy. The quality of the tuna it self is very good for the price your paying which is about 29p per tin, this is a good price compared to some of the prices your looking at from well known brands such as princes.
The tuna comes mixed in brine, and once drained it has quite a nice flavour to it, though i prefer mixing it with salad cream or mayonaise just so it isnt as dry, the tuna is dolphin free as well it makes it a more friendly product to buy. For the price though its such a good ingredient you can add to meals such as pasta or jacket potatoes, especially in the current money climate its a very good food essential to have in your cupboard at home.
