Noah is not a very 'lunchy' person and if I didn't offer himanything throughout the day then it wouldn't bother him in the slightest. He gets very bored of sandwiches so I try and mix up what I offer him in a bid to encourage him to eat more during the day. Whislt scanning the aisles at Tesco's I decided to try a packet of these. They were on offer at the time of purchase so I got two six packs for just £1 which I thought was very reasonable.

After freezing one of the packets, I took to preparing a couple of the other ones for our lunch. After cutting one in half and grilling it in the toaster, I added a fried egg and some cheese to the top of each one.

They went down really well with the boys and they both ate both sides. I really enjoyed one too and found them to be very stodgy and filling. I don't normally like white bread products and will usually opt for the wholemeal variety but I was surprised at how nice they were.

The outer crisps up nicely whilst the inner remains soft and doughy. It's not dry at all and makes for a lovely breakfast or lunch.

I have had some with eggs, jam and butter, cheese, beans and lots of other combinations as they are so versatile.
