Tesco Wild and Whippy Bars

If I had to choose one sweet treat that I could live off of for the rest of my life, it would without a doubt be chocolate. Whether it is in the form of a cake, a biscuit, or even just a plain bar of chocolate, I am happy. However because it is considered so incredibly unhealthy I do not let myself eat it that often. On one of my more recent trips to Tesco however I spied something that seemed simply delicious, and began craving it almost instantly. This is Tesco's version of Milky Way. Although I could say I like the original Milky Way better than this one, I still like this for what it is. You buy these in an 8 pack Multipack and this costs £1.15. Tesco often sells their Chocolate packs on 3 for £3, so a savingto be had this way. Packaging for this is altight. Each bar is individually wrapped in a blue wrapper and they are all in a larger Blue wrapper. There is a small picture of a half eaten Chocolate bar, but I don't feel that you see much of the Bar. Here's another poor man's Tesco take on a famous, and perfectly good, chocolate bar. But this time there isn't even much money to be saved by buying the Tesco take on Milky Ways over the Mars original. Tesco Wild and Whippy Bars will cost you £1.06 for a packet of ten snack sized bars. If you purchased a packet of twelve snack sized Milky Ways, it would cost you £1.84. As you get two extra bars in the Milky Way snack pack, you're only saving a small amount by buying the Tesco version. Taste wise these are acceptable, but they're by no means the best Tesco chocolate bar I've had to date. I came across these in Tesco a few weeks ago, along with a few other of their own make confectionary, and thought I'd give them a try. Wild and Whippy look and sound very similar to Milky Way, and although they're not identical, they definitely give them a run for their money. Wild and Whippy bars can be found in the chocolate and sweetie isle (the one I spend too much time in!), and come in a large 280g blue bag. I have been getting better with my need for chocolate over the last few months, but the other day the urge was really there for some chocolate. I happened to be in Tesco so was looking around for something to munch on when I spied the Tesco own version chocolate bars in multi packs. They were priced at £1.06 for each multipack which contained around 15 miniature bars, but were also on offer at three packs for £3 so of course I snapped up three different varieties.
