	Tesco Value Porridge Oats ... is very little that can be done wrong with porridge by the supplier. This is a plain simple ceral food which is as tasty as you make it with additions of honey or fruits. It comes in a large bag which is very cheap to buy, and will last for months. The porridge itself is filling, and will keep you going all morning, as it s complex carbohydrates release energy slowly. There really is no discernable reason to buy the more expensive branded products as there literally is no difference to these. 	Tesco Value Chocolate in general ... as a poor student, I was tempted to try the Tesco Value 27p for 100g plain milk chocolate to appease my sweet tooth. The chocolate wrapper is infitting with the value branding and is pretty plain and simple with the white and blue colour scheme and a picture of the chocolate on the front. It also displays the nutritional information which is pretty bad for you but hey - its hard to buy healthy chocolate isn t it? So this packaging is pretty basic but what else do you need to know, its cheap chocolate! The back of the pack tells us it is suitable for vegetarians (goody!) and it contains milk (obviously!) and soya. It also has a pretty long date on, till march 2011.... 	Tesco Crusty Wholemeal Bread Mix ... Crusty Wholemeal Bread Mix: At home we like a good homemade soup and the fact they are full of goodness from vegetables and perfect for our "cardio-proactive" diet means we have soup about twice a week. Nothing goes better with soup than a bit of warm, freshly baked bread but unfortunately, (despite frequent practice), bread is just not something I am good at so I have decided to try some bread mixes.
