Tesco Value Chopped Tomatoes:
... it up to my foodie friend who apparently doesn t like cheap food and she loved it. There is no difference between this brand and one that you would pay twice the price for. So if in this climate you re looking to save some money but like you food to taste good then this is a great alternative to your usual brand. A lot of people let the label Tesco Value put them off but in this case I would say give them a try.... Read the full review: Cheap but not cheap tasting by nikki20022008 |

Tesco Value Custard Creams ... it comes to food, there are not many items I can say are typically British and I also miss when I am away from UK. Custard creams biscuits are one of those. Basically, they are 2 biscuits, the size of a finger, with custard cream in between. They go well with tea or coffee and also on their own, like small cakes. Tesco have their own version, as part of the Value brand. The value brand is a line of products produced for Tesco only, which retail for 1/2 even 1/3 of the price of more known products. They come in no-frills packaging with the colours blue, red and white across it. The packaging of these biscuits is no exception and is quite thin, which makes it eas... Tesco Mini Vegetable Spring Rolls ... ve eaten shedloads of party food from Tesco this month because my mum has been buying it for snacks so that we can test everything out before Xmas day. Last night we picked at a bit of a buffet after realising the freezer desperately needs defrosting and wanted to empty it before tomorrow when we do the Xmas food shopping. These Mini Vegetable Spring Rolls were quite nice but I reckon the Asda version are a lot better because these have got a bit of a mushy texture inside them and you can t taste the vegetables as good as in other brands of these spring rolls. There are loads of different vegetables used for the filling and they re all listed on the ingredients list,... Read the full review: Packed With Filling But Not Much Flavour! by CheekyCharlie08 |

Tesco Value Midget Gems ... sweets should come with a health warning attached - "WARNING this product may dislodge a fill-in." This has happened on two separate occasions, so despite the flavor and the value I m out! However I thought I d relay my opinions for those of you that have sturdy teeth... You can pick up a 200g packet of value midget gems from Tesco s for 28p, which is an absolute bargain! Each serving contains 90 calories, so they won t ruin the diet. However they are not suitable for vegetarians. Each pack contains the following ingredients: Glucose syrup, sugar, modified maize starch, beef gelatine, water, potato starch, citric acid, glazing agents (vegetable oil, car...
