Toblerone chocolate bars are made by Kraft foods in Switzerland for authenticity. They are pyramids of chocolate (made to look like the alps), which are available in milk, plain and white chocolate and several times a year for valentines day, mothers/fathers day Christmas etc. special editions are available.

The rich chocolate has nougat, almonds and honey which are found in small clusters which are chewy and you are always left with them in your mouth as they do not melt as quickly as the chocolate. The chocolate is split in to around 10 pieces ( I must admit I lost count as I was eating it one piece at a time and putting it in the fridge between eating)

The packaging of the Toblerone is a cream cardboard external triangle box with a foil inner wrapper, which is easier to wrap up the bar between eating pieces.

The original Toblerone is available in a 35g bar, which can be bought individually for around 50p or a 4 pack multipack for around 99p which is much better value.

The 35g bar contains:
184 kcals
1.9 g protein
21.0 g carbohydrates
10.0 g fat

If you like me find that the 35g bar is much smaller than the bars you used to have when you were a child fear not - giant bars are available at Christmas!!!
