Tracker Bars Anyone who has read my earlier review will know that I bought a Tracker bar this morning as a breakfast substitute (after throwing away the first cereal bar that I had bought, due to it being horrible!). This cost me £0.55 but is cheaper in shops (our vending machine has outrageous prices and should only ever be used in ...  Read the complete review

These bars have been around for donkeys years, i remember having them in my lunchbox when i was but a lad. In all those years they havent changed much, theyre still delicious and probably less bad for you than some of the more chocolate covered snacks available today. Im not saying their brilliant for you but when youve got a sweet tooth on, you ...  Read the complete review

I was in my mums the other day and felt a sudden need of something to eat, a strong peckish feeling that's for sure so I took a quick look in her cupboard and grabbed the first thing that caught my eye. A tracker bar! There sitting in a deep yellow and dark brown box were Tracker Chocolate Chip bars. A box decorated with yellow and ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Tracker Bars: Any more of these and I'd need a Trackerotomy. (202 words)

Tracker Bars are a light and healthy cereal bar available in all supermarkets and some convenience stores. They come in various flavours included Roasted nut, raisin, and choc-chip. They are best bought in bulk, rather than individually, as you get a lot of bars for your money. They are crunchy and nutty and are marketed as a healthy ...  Read the complete review

Tracker Bars I have somehow ended up with a box full of Tracker chocolate chip bars which I have not had for years. They are advertised as a three layered crunch bar with goo, crunch and chew with chocolate chips for those mad chocoholics out there like me. *The packaging* The design appears to have changed since ...  Read the complete review

Wow i have just brought the Tracker Roasted Nut bars which were on offer 8 for 79p in Tesco which is less than 10p per bar, which i guess was what made me buy them. I have never tried the roasted nut bars only the chocolate chips, but these are lovely and could turn into my new addiction. The tracker bars come in a brown and yellow box and are ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Like a tracksuit but tastier (169 words)

Trackers! Your mum would put a little tracker in your lunch box because it was the 'healthy' bar, rather than a mars or a wispa. It was healthy because it had oats and nuts rather than suagr and fat. But, it still had chocolate chips! Some times when you slid it out of its silvery foil nest, a dark chocolate ...  Read the complete review

I have a confession to make. I'm addicted to Tracker bars! I hadn't bought any in a while, then saw them on offer for 2 boxes for £2.50 in Morrisons, and I just had to buy them. Big mistake, they're so addictive I ate a whole box the day I bought them. Oooops! Tracker bars are available in Roasted Nut, Chocolate Chip, and I believe ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review I'm bang on my diet track! (566 words)

Occasionally I do try to limit my snacking cos I am such a pig! If that fails (which usually it does to be totally honest with you lol) I do buy somewhat healthier snacks and these flung themselves in my trolley last time I was in Sainsbury's to try give my belly a break from being bloated with junk food. The Tracker bar I will be reviewing is the chocolate chip flavour, it's the only one I'm partial to and I don't often have any in but right now have a box of 8. Well I had a box of 8 and now I have 6! However after reading the fat content I think those 6 will be eaten much slower than the initial 2! Tracker bars are made by Mars and ...  Read the complete review

I have always loved the tracker bar but I have never thought of it as a healthy snack but once I found out that this is what it was seen as, it encouraged me to eat even more, which really isn't a good thing. The Tracker bar is made by Mars, something most people don't realise because you don't notice it on the packaging. It's a chewy ...  Read the complete review

Knowing that I am not a great fan of cereal bars my son gave me one to try it turned out to be a tracker bar. This roasted nut and cereal bar with chocolate chips running through it is quite delicious. The taste test:- I first tasted the nuts which are the main part as far as I can tell and were very crunchy and then the ...  Read the complete review

Express Review on Tracker Bars
by Dave Leen - written on 18/04/08
Rating:

Not being a chocolate lover, Trackers are one of my favourite snack bars.

Massive "BUT".

The actual contents are 2/3 the size of the packet. Don`t think they were before!

Either that or some-one`s been in my box, opened every pack & bit 1" off every bar. Wierd eh?

Is this one of the modern `cut-backs` or are the packaging dept. getting generous?
Message to the makers-make the bars bigger mate, not the packs!!!!!!

Oh no! A snack product that I'm hopelessly addicted to! I seem to be doomed to ruining my appetite between meals with overly sweet convenience goods. Oh well, if I'm doomed, then I'd better get on with the review. --Packaging-- I believe you can (or you used to be able to) get hold of Tracker bars in singles, but I don't ...  Read the complete review
