I absolutely love this chewy sweets and at times become quite addicted to them. They are cheap enough at around 45p and serve three main purposes as far as I am concerned.

Firstly, they are mints, so they help freshen your breath, which is something everyone needs once in a while at least. The mintiness in these is 'set' at a good level so that it is good tasting and not overpowering.

Secondly, they are great to chew on. I personally do not like chewing gum and even for those that do it presents problems when you need to dispose of it sometimes. These mints will take a couple of minutes chewing if you want and can then just be swallowed away.

Finally, these mints satisfy a sweet craving in one of the healthiest ways as they go. They have a reasonable amount of sugar whilst the chewing and swallowing convinces your brain that you are eating something a bit more substantial so you don't get as hungry.

If you fancy either mints or sweets, give these a chew.
