Advantages: A bit different from the norm
Disadvantages: The flavour might not last long enough for some.
I love chewing gum but sometimes get bored of the same minty flavours which is why I thought I'd push the boat out and purchase a packet of these the other day.
The packet contains 9 chewing gums and comes wrapped like paracetamol does and costs around 60p.
The chewing gums are white in colour and look very similar to Wrigleys Extra chewing gum but they are around twice the size. I did actually think that they'd be a pale red in colour because they were supposed to be raspberry flavoured.
When you put the chewing gum in your mouth and bite you get the peach tasting liquid that oozes out of the insde. I think 'Splash' is a really good name for these gums because the liquid that comes out really is a splash; nothing more and nothing less. It has a definite peach flavouring to it and it gave the chewing gum a new dimension. As you continue chewing, you get a nice raspberry flavour that gets your tastebuds going.
The gum has a nice consistency and is a good size for my small mouth. I sometimes find that I can't cope with big pieces of chewing gum because my mouth is so small. I also like the fact that the flavour of the chewing gum seems to last. I find that most fruit chewing gums seem to loose there flavour after only a few chews but that isn't the case with these. I can understand if others find the flavour a bit bland after a while but I think my diet is quite bland so therefore I find the flavour stronger and long lasting.
Over all I find that these are a really nice change from the mint chewing gum I usually buy and would recommend them if you fancy something a bit different.
Summary: Nice for a change
