Advantages: crunchy, delicious

Disadvantages: addictive if it is a disadvantage

I went to the local supermarket yesterday because I had a craving for Tunnock's caramel wafer. There is something about this wafer that is so appealing and addictive.

Tunnock's caramel wafer comes in a nicely designed foil packaging with each individually wrapped wafer. It is availabe in pack of 4 and pack of 8. I usually see pack of 8 in the stores.

The caramel in the wafer biscuit make every bite an enjoyment. The blend of chewy caramel against the crunchy biscuit is simply heavenly. It not too sweet and it have a nice hint of nuts. The chocolate coating complete the wholesome taste of the snack.

I went to their website to find out more about their products and discover that they no longer use hydrogenated fat in their products, which is a good news. I didn't know that there is a dark chocolate version of the caramel wafer, would love to try them.

I am going for another Tunnock's caramel wafer now.
