Advantages: fluffy marshmellow

Disadvantages: none

Tunnocks teacakes are one of the most original and best made in terms of quality chocolate teacakes that are on the market today, not only do they look good, they taste really good too and are not that expensive to buy either.

They are basically made up of three different parts. The first is the bottom base which is the really soft biscuit layer, it is quite soft to bite into even though its biscuit and it tastes great.

The next is the massive dome of marshmallow which sits on top of the base. Most the other teacakes on the market are only small however these are about 2 or more times the size of those. The marshmallow is also a lot softer and fluffier than the gooey marshmallow of other teacakes and I prefer this.

To top the whole thing off then, its coated in milk chocolate, a very thin layer but its nice chocolate and it holds the whole thing together.
They come in a box of six and are each individually wrapped with foil which makes them look quite posh indeed. They also come in a clear topped box which looks like they would be really expensive to buy too.
If you buy these from most supermarkets they will be over a pound however I always got some of these a little while ago from home bargains for about 60-70p so that's only about 10p a teacake which is most certainly worth it.

Summary: there great.
