Twix is a chocolate cookie bar made by mars inc.A twix bar consists of a butter cookie centre topped with caramel and coated in milk chocolate.

A twix bar is slightly different from many other chocoltae bars that ate out on the market today.A lot of the bars are packaged in a single bar format but with the twix bar it is packaged with two seperate bars in the same package.

Twix was first introduced in UK in 1967 and introduced in the united states in 1979. In many counties the twix was named RAIDER but then in 1991 it was changed to twix so that it matched the international brand name.

As of 2007 all of the twix bars being sold in europe are no longer vegatarian.But this may not be the case outside of europe.

The packaging of the twix bar is very distinctive with its shiny gold wrapper and a big red twix sign across the front of the pack which makes it easily noticeable from other chocolate bars.

The cost of the product is about 40p upawards depending on what shop that you go in.

In my opinion this is a tasty bar but i prefer ones with out a cookie bar and more choclate based but all in all this is worth a try to keep up with your chocolate fix x
