Delicous caramel filled chocolate (Twix)

A few weeks ago I was out shopping and when I was looking for a chocolatey snack my eyes were drawn towards the Twix and I picked it up. The Golden packaging stands out and almost glitters compared to the dull hazelnut brown snickers bar packaging sitting right beside it. So I picked it up and was very happy with my choice and had I any more money with me I would certainly have bought another one.

The first layer of this chocolate is chocolate which you can either lick off but if you are impatient like me bite threw. After this soft milky layer you come across the smooth layer of golden, delicious caramel. Then you get the crunchiness of the biscuit followed by another layer of milk, heavenly chocolate. A cacophony of different tastes erupt in my mouth blending together to create an absolutely heavenly chocolate.

In my opinion I would highly recommend this chocolate bar that ranges from 40p to around 50p depending on the seller. Although the calories are extremely steep and might take the best part of an hour to run off I would definitely recommend a Twix (or two) the next time you wish for an occasional (or in my case frequent) treat. Unfortunately they are very addictive as I've found out.
