This is a tasty and quick way to add rice to your meal, a favourite of mine it makes mealtimes easy. Uncle Ben's Express Rice is available in 20 flavours:

They couldn't be easier to cook simply squeeze the package to separate the rice then tear off a 2cm opening to vent the package then place upright in the microwave and heat for 2 minutes. Bingo 2 minutes and it is ready to eat either on its own as a quick snack or light lunch or as part of a meal, it is great with chicken.

My favourites include Thai Curry Rice, Golden Vegetable and Egg Fried Rice, all of which are particularly tasty and authentic tasting. Best time to buy them is when they are on offer in the supermarkets at 2 for £2, 3 for £3 or currently in Sainsbury's 5 for £5, stock up while you can particularly as the best before date is at least a year and they can be stored in your food cupboards rather than the fridge or freezer so are always handy to have.

I can't recommend these packs highly enough they are not only tasty but have saved me on a few occasions at meal time. Give them a go.
