	Uncle Bens Sweet & Sour Sauce ... Bens Sweet and Sour Sauce comes in an orange jar which contains 500mls of rich sauce. I purchase this when i fancy makeing some chinese style food of my own (resisting the takeaway!). Opening the jar (which can be quite difficult occasionally, but no more than any other jar) you are first hit with a strong vinegary smell laced with aromatic spices. It gets right to the back of your throat, and can be a bit of a shock if you re not prepared for it. The sauce tastes quite sweet, but there is an obvious use of vinegar to give it the sour taste. 	Uncle Bens Sweet & Sour Sauce ... against a Sunday roast today preferring to wait until next Fridays Christmas Dinner we wanted something hot but different to eat today. As fresh chicken breast have been on offer in Morrisons recently at half price and we had stocked up on some we decided that as we had this Sweet and Sour sauce in our cupboard we would have this today for a change. Coming in the glass jar with an orange screw lid as illustrated in the picture above the sauce in the jar has an orange colour and you can see chunks of various additions included. 	Uncle Ben's Express Tomato and Basil Rice ... m starting to become a bit tired when I come in from work therefore Mr Lools has stepped into the breach in the kitchen! However one thing he can t cook for "right" is rice. We end up with too soggy or raw rice. So to help him out a bit I decided to purchase the Uncle Ben s Express rice. This comes in a number of flavours (and I have tried at least half of them now) but this review is for Tomato and Basil.
