... I opened the bag and inspected the contents. The dried pieces of hard shrivelled mango reminded me of a leather wash rag my dad used to clean the car when I was young, but that may not mean much to anyone else...! They do look and feel leathery and I can imagine that if you were to give these to a child, they'd be put off by the site of them straight away... as was I to be honest! They don't look appealing, but I thought I'd see if they at least tasted better. Well, they are very hard to chew at times and once I'd ...more

Premium Review Urban Fresh Mango: Munch some mango! (569 words)

When a lady at our local shop recommended we try this little bag of dried fruit, we thought we'd give them a try. I've bought dried apricots before, but had never seen any dried mango. I'd also never seen any products by the company that makes them before - Urban Fresh Fruit. At 99p for a little bag, they were quite expensive. The packaging claims that they are 100% healthy though - the ONLY ingredients are 2 whole mangos. Nothing else is added and I was quite impressed by this. Quick, easy and 100% delicious each time You will want to eat the lot yourself and pile on pounds of weight !

Lovely chicken and vegetables, easy to cook Too much coriander, expensive

Full of fruity flavour Not enough liquid centre

Time saving, but only on the peeling front. Not as nice as my home prepared roasties.

Low in calories and W.W points. A little dry.

Taste ok, a fairly healthy snack, good dunking shape, cute animal designs and suitable for veg*ns. Expensive at full price and a bit plain.
