Advantages: inexpensive, simple cure!
Disadvantages: smelling like a bag of chips overnight!!
This review is about Apple Cider Vinegar in particular and all the uses of it as a natural medicine.
There are a lot of uses I have heard of from my mum and grandma but I'm only going to write about the one I know works from experience.
TO CURE WARTS: I had 2 very small warts on my hand and wartner and other wart treatments didn't work. So again asked my nanna if she knew anything natural and she suggested putting cider vinegar on them.
Decided to try it on just one of my warts:
So I applied the vinegar to a small piece of cotton wool and put a sticking plaster over the top to hold it onto the wart overnight.
In the morning I took the plaster off and my wart had gone black, (apparently a sign its dying) It throbbed slightly but thats normal apparently so don't worry my nanna told me.
The wart then shrunk and dropped off all from that one application.
So obviously repeated it on the other one and the same happened.
I like these natural cures as you know you're doing no harm to your body.
Hope they work for you...
Summary: another good, natural cure I know works

- 09/08/08 as an answer to your question Davomrmac, Verrucas are the same fungus as warts just grow inwards instead of outwards because they are on your feet so yeah it will work and the throbbing isn't too bad so won't hinder walking. x |
