Waitrose Chargrilled Vegetable Antipasti Pizza

I have to say that this is one of the nicest "posh" pizzas you can buy. It is from Waitrose which obviously means it is expensive - at £4 this doesnt seem too much however the fact of the matter is that you dont get that much for the money - similar priced goods have lots of meat etc, this only has a variety of veg, ie courgettes and sunblush tomatos. It also has no cheese because it has lots of herbs etc instead. This pizza is one of the best I have tasted outside an actual Italian restaurant and is outstanding in terms of flavour, presentation and ingredients.
