... with the salsa, guacamole etc. This is situated next to the vegetable isle in my local Waitrose but I'm not sure if that runs concurrent with every other Waitrose. I have finished my pot already, having only bought it yesterday afternoon! I ate it with pita bread, although it would also go well with celery, carrot etc. As you may have guessed by the speed with which I ate mine, I am giving this product 5/5 because I cannot fault it! It cost me £1.29 for 200 grams which I thought was reasonable. The use by date was for one week after purchase, although once opened it must be used within two days. The houmous must also be kept refrigerated. What impressed me most about this product is that it has a very simple ingredient list. I am aware that houmous in general does because it is simple to make, but I think that it is good to have food without added rubbish in it so I liked this product. The ingredients in it are chick peas, tahini, slow roasted tomatoes and extra virgin olive oil. The houmous is a pale orange in colour as you would expect, with pieces of tomato skin in it. It is ...
