I absolutely love crisps and can easily sit and eat quite a few bags in one sitting with no problem, and quite often do! This is a fairly new flavour and if interested you need to grab a bag (also available in a variety bag with other flavours or as a pack of six, I bought mine as an an individual packet for 59p) as they are on trial and it's up to you to decide which flavour you would like to become a regular fixture on sale from Cajun Squirrel, Onion Bhaji, Fish & Chips, Duck & Hoison Sauce, Chilli & Chocolate and of course Builder's Breakfast (this flavour). I have only tired Fish & chip flavour from this range and found them utterly ... Read the complete review

I love crisps but am a bit fussy and only tend to eat certain brands. I'm not a huge Walkers fan as I find their crisps OK but nothing special. I prefer crisps with a bit more crunch in them, like Doritos, McCoys or Kettle Chips. However I am a sucker for unusual flavours and when I first heard about the Walkers new flavour competition I figured I'd probably end up giving them a try. For anyone who doesn't know, Walkers ran a competition for people to invent a new crisp flavour. Six finalists were short-listed and won £10000 each. The six flavours are now on sale so that the public can vote for their favourite - the flavour with the most votes will be Walkers ... Read the complete review

These were the second of the new flavours that I decided to try and, to be honest, the jury is still out on how I feel about their taste....supposedly combining the flavours of a traditional english breakfast, the crisps are alleged to be made up of bacon, egg and sausage flavours reminiscent of the most important meal of the day. My initial response was one of huge disappointment; I had read reviews on here that compared this variety to something created in the factory of Willy Wonka in that each crisp tastes of a different part of the breakfast. Maybe if you eat one crisp at a time, this works but I have this tendency to just pile them in one after the ... Read the complete review

I finally jumped onto the bandwagon that is the Walker's Crisp New Flavour Competition. Just incase you haven't seen the ubiquitous television commercials I'll explain more about the competition. After inviting members of the public to submit their ideas for a new and exciting crisp flavour, Walker's whittled the entries down to six finalists, manufactured the flavours and put these special crisps on the market. Only one of the six can stay and be the new permanant flavour though. The public are invited to vote for their flavourite of the six by voting for free by text message or via their company website. The other flavours are Fish and Chips, Chilli and Chocolate, ... Read the complete review

Walkers Builder's Breakfast flavour crisps are one of six new flavours created as a result of the recent 'Find Us a Flavour' competition, where members of the public were invited to make suggestions for new flavour combinations. I picked up two multipacks of the new limited edition flavours at only £1 for 6 packs in Farmfoods the other week, so I have been slowly working my way through the flavours. I have to admit most of them have been a bit disappointing so far, so I didn't hold out high hopes for the Builder's Breakfast - sounds more like a dog's dinner! When I opened the pack, I was pleasantly surprised. The smell was just like Smoky Bacon flavour crisps, ... Read the complete review
