Advantages: Taste fantastic and non-greasy :)

Disadvantages: None - these are low fat!

I love salt & vinegar crisps out of all the different flavours and I love snacking so these are perfect for me!

Made by Walkers these 'Baked' crisps are not fried so a lot less calories without compromising the taste, in fact I think these are a far more intense flavour than fried crisps so are better...

Usually these are really expensive at £1.45 per pack but they were on offer for £2.50 for 2 packs at Morrisons this week so worked out a bit better :)

Packaged in a green plastic outer wrapper and each individual inner bag weighs 25g and contain 98 calories with only 2 % fat and 0.4g salt.

Oven baked twice to 'create a crunchiness and exceptional taste' they really do taste pretty special with the malty tanginess of the vinegar and the tartness of the sea salt!

Walkers have tried to recreate the seaside smells inside the bag and it has really worked too, you sniff lovely acetic acid and sodium intermingled to create a perfect combination.

There are no preservatives included or artificial flavours and are suitable for vegetarians and coeliacs too.

These are aimed at people who are eating a healthier, balanced diet so this product is 70% less total fat than normal Walkers crisps and 50% lower in saturated fat.

Personally I think this is a good thing and the makers seemed to have concentrated more on the strong flavour now they are not frying in oil.

There is no greasy residue which makes these really pleasant to eat and great for weight watchers :)

The essence of the flavours and the dry ridge potato slices work in my opinion; they are really brittle and satisfyingly crunchy and afterwards the vinegar and salt flavours linger on the palate like faint memories of the strong tangs they are.

Five stars for a great snack food even though they are expensive; I love 'em! ;-p

Summary: A great tasting baked product :)
